Oxsoralen^® Supply Status Update (as of March 3, 2010)

We are continuing to experience a shortage of Oxsoralen^® products due to an unanticipated change in supplier of the active ingredient and the related rigorous process of meeting FDA requirements. Valeant understands the importance of this drug to our patients and have been working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any issues this shortage causes to you and your patients and are committed to obtaining the required approvals to re-supply this product rapidly. We will continue to provide updates as new information is received and anticipate that Oxsoralen-Ultra^® will be available towards the end of 2010.
